The Dunwich Building is extremely alot easier if you have the Ghoul Mask. As long as you have the Ghoul Mask on (doesn't matter what clothing you have on with it) the Ferral Ghouls think you're one of them and won't attack you.

@toothpick719 In Vault 106 they were testing a drug and they were in pipes to go to parts of the Vault. What happened was that there was a leak and the drug killed or make people go insane.
