@Michael7071000 absolutely not. that film was not sick, scary, creepy, or disturbing. actually, very funny. the second one is supposed to be MUCH worse but i am still skeptical. saying that HC should be on here means Hostel and Saw should be too...and all of their clones

Good list. You should try Angel Der Melancholie. It is undoubtedly the most depraved movie ever made. Beats August Underground Mordum and A Serbian Film. Its also a decent movie. Other notable rough movies are Green Elephant, Girl Hell, Snuff 102, Shogun's Sadism, Antichrist, Salo, Last House on Dead End Street, Dard Divorce, Sweet Movie, Singapore Sling, Men Behind the Sun, Scrapbook, Aftermath (1994), Cannibal Holocaust, and of course Martyrs.

Hey, just got my Guinea pig box, but to be honest i´m not sure if i wanna watch it :O

I´ve seen A serbian film, Human centipede 2, Cannibal holocaus etc and i didnt find them scary or disturbing.

So my question is... how much worse is the Guinea pig serie?

@Junkmaster3 yes i have but from what i remember i watched the animal cruelty free version. based on that cut, it wasnt bad. i tend to stray away from the real, especially when it comes to animals

Why does everyone think August underground is so disturbing. That shit is extremely blown out of proportion, there is a little film called the gateway meat. The acting is great, the directing is great, it doesn't look like a bunch of frat boys running around with a camera! Gateway meat is au wishes it could be!

@1danielday hello, ive actually seen the gateway meat and i do like it a tad bit better than au. however, this a list for the sickest and most disturbing films that i have seen. the gateway meat did not have as many shocking scenes and was not on the same depraved level as au. keep in mind this is all in my opinion. btw, the acting in the gateway meat was nothing too great imo
