  • Looks like a good piece of gear. I'll have to see if they're still available.

  • Skog, As you were allowing the watewr to pass through the hole in the bottom, I thought you could stuff some sphagnum and charcoal in the bottom and use it as a filtering device if no other method was available. Just oe more possability....

  • Yes!

I live in Taiwan (technically, the island of Taiwan is still defending itself from Commie invasion!) and most of my Taiwanese friends DON'T buy things made in China. The quality is still mostly crappy and the good stuff suffers from unreliable QC on their factory floors.

Almost everything I own is either made in Taiwan(kids toys, T-shirts), the USA (Halcyon & Scubapro divegear), Germany (dive lights & gauges), Finland, France (my kids toys), etc.

No lead & poison from China, thank you!

  • Good luck keeping out the commies! We are now trying to do the same here ; )

  • If you got the next size up you could use it as a camp shower if you slowed the leaking up a bit.

  • how long did it take to dry out after water use

  • It is triple poly coated so the water doesn't actually saturate it. Shake it a few times and set it down and 10/15 mins later all dry.

  • if you get it dirty would it be machine washable or not?

    thanks for the reply

  • I would not do that. Warm soapy water at best.

  • ok thanks for ur help

  • Great review. I have this pack and did think about using it for water. Great Idea. Also seeing your shots of it with the plug removed made me think it could be used for washing your hands like a tap or for a shower.

  • Thanks Sean!

  • If I was an avid shooter then yes the pouch would be for spent shells, but I am not. The pouch would be bushcraft or backpacking related for me. You don't have any videos of yourself yet I see. Why not show us how it is done...I will check on your channel until you get a video up.

  • No reason to rate it a 2 star because he didn't mention using it for spent magazines... If you shoot, then show us a video of your review for using it with magazines. He mentioned what he has used it for but said it has a large number of uses. AND, he said at the beginning that he was going to do a longer review on the Falcon 2 and tie the accessories in. Maybe you should pay attention....

I think he did an awesome job, 5 stars.

  • Much appreciated!

  • You know it. You're doing good stuff for us novice bushcrafters, I know I really appreciate the reviews, and like the scenic videos. I've watched most of them enjoyed all. You have really good music in all of them as well. Keep up the good work.
