Images of the book's cover and themes were out before its publication. I guess you don't mean to steal so much as you think your parroting is original.

Cash for clunkers was the government interfering in the free market again, and as usual it will have unintended consequences. Basically they incentivized all of this quarters (Oct, Nov, Dec) car sales to take place last quarter, so the consequence will be low car sales this quarter. How will the car dealers survive this quarter? There were of course many other unintended consequences like raising the prices on the class of cars that they took out of the market by destroying them.

Are you in the USA? Were you not aware of Cash for Clunkers? The government gave $4,500 vouchers towards the purchase of a new car if one traded in an old qualified car. So reason would think it would cost the government $4,500 per voucher since that was the amount of the voucher. Instead it cost the government $24,000 for each voucher. Which included $4,500 for the voucher and $19,500 for administrative or who knows what cost. It's the gov't and waste is their modus operandi.

Actually Obama appears to be what is historically referred to as a National Socialist, versus an internationalist. But he also seems to cross over into Corporatism, much as the Socialists in Italy were in the '20s. There are significant dilineations. The underpinnings began in federal legislation in the 1890's and moved forward quickly from about 1914 and into the '30s.
