on my rx1 the strait pipe added a lot of power as I had to jump six jet sizes and add a lot of weight to keep it from over revving. But I'm pretty sure that the apex doesn't have an o2 sensor so you may want to look into how lean it is running

that apex sound like shit. more than likley by doing that straight pipe you probably lost power and now you get these comments dissing your sled
