  • Did they even read the people their rights? Did they tell them why they were being arrested?

Also, ten vacation days for macing innocent people?

  • This video makes me sick! I can't believe the police are just pepper-spraying these peaceful protestors-they're asking for a civil war.

  • @ 1:02 the girl is pulled from her hair by the inspector.

  • I am amazed that the footage showing the girls spraying the cops has so little hits, yet the retaliation of the cops is over 1.4 million. Disgusting.

  • @566dave I would be interested to see the video you're referring to here. Could you post the corresponding ?v=XXXXXX code?

  • @yzarc314 No. The URL cannot be posted. That is why I pasted the title in below. Here it is again and if you simply copy what's in the apostrophe's and paste it into YouTube search, you will find it:

'Simultaneous perspectives on "Occupy Wall Street" kettling and pepper spray / mace incident'

  • @566dave I think you're confused, because that is the title of MY video. I don't see any girls with pepper spray. Could you either find the correct video or reference the appropriate time in my video?

  • @yzarc314 Watch your video more closely. Slow it way down. Watch the cop in blue. (You put a caption over him) It is right before the other officer comes up and sprays the girls and demonstrates why he walked sharply and directly to them.

I realize you didn't see it as you were filming, but it's brilliant work & you should win a journalistic prize for uncovering the truth that has been hidden. When watching you film it, I was sure that was your intention & get nat'l press for this!

  • @566dave You need to be more specific. Are you looking at the video on the left or right? Which girl sprays which cop? (There are about six blue cops, and my captions go all over.) Please tell me which side (left/right), specific girl, specific cop, and specific second (1:??). If I can confirm, I will add another caption.

I did not film either video, I merely combined existing videos to determine whether or not the spraying was provoked. If your claim is true, I want to show it. Thanks!

  • @yzarc314 Concentrate only on the left.

Great job! This should win an award!

  • @566dave I still do not see it. Please answer all my remaining questions from my previous post.

  • @yzarc314 will do. I hope to be able to spend the time this weekend.

Otherwise, it will have to wait until after the 25th

It's not that difficult to see. Slow it down or use your pause button if you need to.

  • @566dave After watching the video frame-by-frame, I still have no idea what you're talking about. Furthermore, I'm annoyed that you refuse to answer basic questions. The leftmost video barely shows the girls. D.I. Bologna delivers two main blasts of pepper spray to the crowd of women. Perhaps you are confused about the source of the first blast; or more likely you are just trolling. I will give you no further attention until you answer point-by-point each question from my penultimate post.

  • good i avoid protests :O

    good i don't trust police :P

  • Good job NYPD

  • Youtube is not letting me add a link. If you google "Anthony Bologna Using Pepper Spray In Second Video" a Huffington Post article with videos will come right up. I am pretty sure this comes from a longer video, but I can't figure out which one.

  • wtf, how is this scum bag in an officers uniform not suspended?!?!?!

  • You can barely see the officer carrying out his SECOND pepper spray attack at 1:35 to 1:40. Look under the red awning marked "Japonica" in the right video. He sprays and then turns around. It's not obvious here, but there is a video that matches the movements elsewhere.

  • @SteveEspinola Seriously? Can you link me to that video?

  • @yzarc314 Look for a 11:41 length clip called "Unbelievable protest footage," posted (or reposted) by LibertyPlazaRev. It is yet another perspective of the same incident. At 3:58 in that video, Anthony Bologna sprays a random, walking guy with glasses in the face (and probably everyone else in the general vicinity) after saying "Let's go, get out of here, get out." Then he turns around and walks back. It's the clearest clip I've seen linking Bologna's face to the pepper spraying.

  • @SteveEspinola Confirmed. I added an annotation linking to the video. You can clearly see how that clip matches up with mine based on the cameraman scuffle and the woman who is dragged away. Thank you!

  • Seriously, fuck the police and their brutality against human mankind.

  • This protest was obviously turning violent...the officer had every rite within the law to use force on the protest to maintain order and insure a riot did not erupt. Pepper spray is less than lethal mechanical force. All you pussy ass cry babies need to stfu already

  • @kidoftheking1037 So you're saying that the police has every right to hurt the civilians like that? Thats Police brutality, wake up and stop being so supportive towards these pigs.

  • why the fuck are these people just watching fucking idiots start throwing punches at these cunts

  • Water makes the pepper spray worse, milk stops the burn. :P

  • @metalgodess81 Whole milk stops the burn pretty well because of the fat content. Baby shampoo without water gets it off faster. OC Spray is oil based and soaks into your pores. It's supposed to last for a few hours at max strength before slowly dying out over 24-48 hours. I'm a Marine and have to get sprayed annually to carry this stuff.

  • @nickburnin8 Cool. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. It's been a few years since I've been sprayed. I just remember my friend pouring milk on my face, and it helped. That OC spray is evil stuff!

  • @metalgodess81 I honestly think these protesters are incredibly annoying, BUT, I've been tased, stabbed, shot, tear-gassed, hit with an IED, and OCd. If I could choose one of those to never have to deal with again, it would be OC spray. Depending on the size of your pores, and if you're dumb enough to take a shower, the after effects can last up to 3 days, and the burning sensation can spread. The smell still makes me nauseous. I figured I'd pass a little something along to help the pain.

  • @nickburnin8 btw, those girls got it pretty light. search for marine oc training here to see some funny vids of what we have to put up with. Funny though, when we go through the course to carry it, we are told that from the moment you spray someone, you are personally responsible for their well-being since you've blinded and incapacitated them. This one cop doesn't seem too concerned with cuffing and dragging these ladies to safety and big bowl of milk.

  • @nickburnin8 Fair enough. When I was sprayed, I went to a punk rock show, just as a riot was popping off. I got caught in the wrong place, at the wrong time. I was tear gassed, shot with rubber bullets, and pepper sprayed. Worst night of my life. Lol. Oh yeah I remember the smell, ugh it's horrid.

  • @metalgodess81 Sounds like a fantastic night. For the rest of your life, when you catch a whiff of that crap, you'll experience the beginnings of a panic attack. It's gnarly, isn't it?

Tear gas is relatively tame, it think it should be used instead of OC as the effects can be dismissed in a few minutes, not days, and you get the added benefit of clear sinuses.

  • @nickburnin8 Yes very gnarly. I agree, the tear gas wasn't nearly as bad. The combination of the three, was shitty though. I was foaming at the mouth, and the canisters they used on us, seemed alot bigger than what this police officer used in the video. I did check out, some of those OC training videos. Brought the pain back all over again. :[

  • @metalgodess81 Those bigger canisters are just more liquid and more pressure, designed to disperse crowds, instead of scaring away a rapist. You have to admit you were probably laughing at those videos. "volunteering" to be OC'd annually isn't one of my smartest life decisions. Stupidity is its own punishment.

  • @nickburnin8 Ahhhh I see. I was laughing at some of those videos, you guys are crazy.

  • To hear the women scream made me seriously almost cry, what the fuck is wrong with the police? what is wrong with our world? :'(

  • Good work POLICE

  • The cunts deserved the pepperspray. Good job police!

  • All Cops Are Bastards!

  • @UltrasSWE until you need one, huh?

  • America, land of the free

  • I felt obliged to write a letter to this officer to request his side of the story, just to be fair: Anthony Bologna, 5 Sawyer Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10314-2940

  • @FiveCardArmy good for you. the video can be misinterpreted, it is pretty chaotic

  • like are you fucking kidding me, the cop should be tied up and pepper sprayed after stripped of his badge and left with nothing but his fuckin dick in his hand.

  • One last thing. I was marching in London during the anti Iraq War march 1 and a half million people and no trouble. Police were there but very low key.

  • The cops are worried about THEM getting sprayed? Really? How about the peaceful protestors their own buddies are attacking? What about them?

  • Another great example of the American Police brilliant crowd control. They haven't changed since the 60's they are still a bunch of wallies. Does it never occur to them to use less violent crowd control tactics. We have seen it in universities we have seen people die at the hands of these idiots. God forbid.

  • @janoota There are still plenty of honest, good blue-collared policemen in New York.

  • @tazer95 Yes I am sure there are. Its a bit like a stupid general in charge of his troops. These police need to be trained in methods that do not inflame protestors but calm them. This cops use of pepper spray has just done more for the protestors cause I'm afraid.

  • @tazer95 I have just seen your video Arrested for talking to a cop. That is exactly what I mean a use of totally unnecessary violence which is bound to inflame onlookers and protestors alike.

  • This is disgusting

  • Taking care of them is no different than handling a zombie rape train

  • wow, amazing work. what programs were used to make this?

  • @youtubedude Thanks! I used only freeware video editing software: VirtualDub, AviSynth, and Gunnar Thalin's Deshaker.

  • 1312 - Oink oink!

  • at 0:44 - that is NOT a running punch - that is a running nightstick to the shins. PHARK!

  • @UpperYarraAquaponics Wow, I hadn't noticed that. Fixed!

  • @yzarc314 Legend

  • @UpperYarraAquaponics That's a "we told all of you several times to stay off the street!

  • I think it was the cop and he said "...He just fucking maces US) not her. He was pist that another cop cop the police too, see him wipe his eyes with his glove

  • @CarlJohnDavison Thanks for the correction!

  • Great work with this video. This is the clearest presentation I've seen of this event yet. It really shows how Sgt. Bologna just barreled up to the women standing there and walked away like a coward.

  • @cloydster I'm happy that you found these helpful! I also recommend watching the additional two perspectives towards the bottom of the "occupywallst" link in the description. I really wish I had time to make a sequel incorporating those as well.

  • hippies dont like it in the face?

  • Without provocation? Did you se them shoving and acting agressively? You're lucky we live in a democracy, otherwise they would just waded in and clubbed everyone or worse, they would have stepped back and shot everyone involved. Nazi-Germany? Yeah right. The protesters would've just "vanished" if this were Nazi Germany.

  • FUCK THAT, I would have started spraying him back.

  • I watched that "officer" in white.... He sprays and walks away. I do not believe he was an officer. Was he identified? Was he penalized accordingly? If so I take it back. All I know is it is not a secret that there are plants by government agencies to cause mass hysteria. He could have been one of them to cause controversy and bring about anger. Don't focus on those things, focus on the purpose. They can beat us, pepper spray us, jail us... but the ideas live on!

  • excellent job on the edit; thank you.

  • why isnt there riot police on wall st?

  • NYPD Deputy Inspector Anthony Bologna is Mace Cop.

  • The fact they were charging the cops and disrupting traffic did not help their cause.

  • Tall bald cop...next to switch sides...he sees what is wrong and says so.

  • Scum, In my opinion this was done to spark unrest. This guy was probably expecting that there would be some kind of retaliation for this act. This way the boys would be able to test out there readiness in a real life situation.

  • GOOD LUCK GETTING A JOB WITH AN ARREST RECORD... morons!

  • Well good thing they are misdemeanor charges and most companies don't look for misdemeanor arrests. Unless of course your doing 100k+ a year jobs, but even then most of the arrests won't stick. But feel free to put people down that are trying to make a better America. Gogo keyboard warriors for the win.

  • @grimelab I was arrested and I have a very good job. So who are you calling moron

  • @grimelab The Corporation that would not want to hire me because I participated in #OccupyWallStreet is a Corporation I wouldn't want to work for. People mindlessly Sucking up to Corporatocracy is what is wrong with America.

  • LOL!!!!!!!!

    you guys are sooOOOooo idiotic

aren't you late for your lunch date with Ahmadinejad at Columbia or something???

  • @nativeskygirl Fuck off bitch Ahmadinejad is my hero!!!!

  • Here is a proper complaint that you should submit to the city of NY

Deputy Inspector Anthony V. Bologna of the NYPD Patrol Borough Manhattan South, maced a penned in group of young women at the Occupy Wall Street protests. Deputy Inspector Bologna should be fired and prosecuted for his abuse of power or disciplined accordingly.

Article 19 of the ICCPR states that "Everyone shall have the right to hold opinions without interference" and "everyone shall have the right to freedom of expression.

  • I was wearing really good headphones when I watched this and at the 1:24 mark you can hear the blue collar officer say "Pepper spray? Seriously? Pepper spray for what?" Unconfirmed reports stating that over 100 blue collar officers refused to come in today.

  • @VoxxyRocksMe I hear that too, but I figured it was a bystander. What makes you think it was a cop? It's hard to say either way unless we can see someone's lips moving.

  • @yzarc314 Well...his body language, and as he throws his hands up it really seems to match, at least to me.. But yes...hard to say without showing his mouth.

  • @VoxxyRocksMe You had me convinced for a while, but I changed my mind again. If you go to the source of the video on the right, the "Seriously?" voice is louder than the screams. However, the cop is the same distance but facing the opposite direction. Soon after, a similar voice yells out something like, "Pressing charges! Pressing charges against the cop!" Unless you have another take on things, it seems to me like this rules out the cop as the source of the quote.

  • @yzarc314 I am talking about the officer standing by the pole. The one that they point out his look of disgust. Watch his body language closely with the audio...see what you think.

  • @yzarc314 just speculation...but that is what I see... :)

  • @yzarc314 you can definitely see the cops arm and body movement synched to the speech.

  • @VoxxyRocksMe How can you tell the cop said it? lol there are a ton of people there..

  • @VoxxyRocksMe @yzarc314 and how do you know it was a cop? sounds more like the guy filming

  • lmao

  • Why don't you share one frame from your high definition video. Show the pig's face up close and personal and let the crowds have their way with him. I hope he's living in fear at this point, that someone will recognize him as the cop who assaulted the ladies and give him what he deserves... Prison time ;)

  • @vyoufinder His name is Tony Bologna. I'm not even joking

  • This is conditioning. They believe they are conditioning the public to fear them. That's why they do their "cop parades" and beat on the public the way they do over the entire country. I hope you kids continue to march. I hope you never bend because they will only try harder to break your will. Be aware and don't give up the fight. It's your future, your freedom you are fighting for.

  • The spraying officer's name is ANTHONY V. BOLOGNA, Deputy Inspector at Patrol Borrough Manhattan South (formerly in charge of 1st PCT). Lives on Staten Island, 57 years old.

  • @creat3d

    Whoa Hoss!

You are telling me the guys real name is Tony Balony??

    ROFLCOPTER.

    Anthony Bologna ftl

  • Most disturbing: 0:42 when the police man intentionally batons the camera in the protester's hand...

  • Comment removed

  • Excellent technical work!! wow. Horrifying event.

  • That white collar officer should be stripped of his badge and charged with assault!

  • @GrowTheTruth The spraying officer's name is ANTHONY V. BOLOGNA, Deputy Inspector at Patrol Borrough Manhattan South (formerly in charge of 1st PCT). Lives on Staten Island, 57 years old.
