  • most important thing to remember is simply follow the food pyramid, junk food its all in moderation, and most important is to exercise. a simple 40 minute walk a day and a healthy change will help you lose that fat. you have to burn more calories than what you put into your body to lose fat. you don't have to bust yourself. 20 minute walk in the morning, 20 minute walk in the evening 6 days a week

  • i hate eating granola bars. they are soooooooooo dry. i rather bake pumpkin/ banana bread and creamed corn corn bread. store bought cookies are so....hard :( FUCK EAT FRUIT. those are yummy treats and snacks! i say eww to everything she said, except for the yogurt. and instead of having just yogurt add some fruit and granola on top! and VALLA!

  • @Jacobrester strawberries and blueberries are mine. i havent gained any fat this whole time being preggo bc i snack on them instead of cookies. just about everything she said in this video made me feel icky. even my unborn kid would hate the things she mentioned :D

  • great tips but would love for you to mention to buy organic yogurt and cottage cheese (dairy in general) when possible. It has so much hormones and antibiotics in there that it's far from healthy these days.

  • a realy good snack that i eat is a piece of celery with some peanut butter on it. and it taste good. with very low calories but it gives u a good amount of energy from the peanut butter.
