  • omg chris

  • The funny thing is you can install Windows in your MacBook and start playing games and by the time you need to continue your work you can just switch back to Mac OS X.

But for Windows, well you can't switch between these two awesome operating system.

  • This guy is obnoxious....not even funny

  • Well this is what i think people should do baisically if you want a computer for gaming a mac is not whatyou are looking for but if you want video editing or any other sort of media a mac is perfect

  • these guys are SUPER FUN!!!

  • So...since its a Quad-core does that mean its good for gaming? Will RIFT work on it?

  • @eclipsemoon98 So you're planning to game on a mac..... *facepalm* NO! The graphics on macs aren't as efficient as they are on windows, but still more efficient then they are on most distributions of linux. Unless you plan to buy a macbook pro only to install windows on it, then I suggest you put your money back into your pocket, personally, and get some other computer, like an Alienware, Lotus, Dell, HP, or if you're planning to buy an overpriced computer, a VAIO.

  • @GlupoiDoesTech I wasnt planning to game on it... I just needed the details to see if I should just go on ahead and buy a Alienware M17x (I dont want that M18x...doesnt seem worth it...)

  • @eclipsemoon98 Well, the AMD GPU found inside the 2012 macbook pro is only a mid level graphics card, which means it will run fine for games like Minecraft, and games that are a few years old. However, since chances are that you won't be playing just rift, and might try more intensive games, I'd go ahead and get something with a high end graphics card. It will suit your needs for gaming.

  • @eclipsemoon98 For the love of God don't get an Alienware. They're flashy looking yes, but they're overpriced and underpowered for what is supposed to be a "gaming" laptop. Not as blatantly overpriced as a Mac, but still overpriced. Plus Dell customer support is absolutely fucking terrible.

Look into ASUS or MSI instead. The ASUS G74SX is still one of the better ones out and it's fairly cheap. You can get them as low as $1300 for the lowest model, which is still very powerful.

  • @GlupoiDoesTech Toshiba Qosmio's are pretty great for gaming, maybe not the best, but it gets the job done.

  • I love how the ONLY comment about Windows machines is "DURR TEH GAYMING!" ... Yeah, because no one else does anything else on computers. Stick to playing games on your cheap machines. No one cares.

  • @dversusd Apple devices aren't really used professionally for much more than sound and video editing, the latter being ironic due to the fact that the graphics hardware on apple computers aren't very "High end", meaning longer render times, and poorer performance overall, with an operating system that isn't very efficient when it comes to graphics in the first place, and an operating system that already places a lot of load on graphics processes with wobbly windows, genie effect, and such tricks

  • inappropriate & classic

  • Awkward...

  • Chris tries waaaaaaaaaaay too hard to be funny! He gets annoying quick.

  • O Rly?

  • That guys apple looks of that like my grandpas

  • Billionaire Chris Millionaire is so last year.

  • If you love Apple, and you don't need CD rom or a video editor, Macbook Air is the way to go. It's also slanted for the keyboard so it's much easier to type. Has the backlit keyboard now so it's a great product.

  • The only reason to get a >5 pound notebook is for gaming

so...what of the point of this overprice shxt??

  • I was overjoyed when he said it had a 1Gb video card, then I took an arrow to the knee.

  • Chris is cool, macs annoy me

  • LOL! This was great! I replayed so many parts in this vid.

  • I want her to dance for me too :-p

  • I took an arrow through my penis. And I kept it there.

  • The whole arrow to the knee thing is pretty much retarded now

  • i wanted it so i took an arrow to thee knee

  • I think for the price of the MacBooks, it's worth it! Because you're getting a lot of power with a long lasting battery, possibly an SSD, more RAM than most laptops out there and the Mac OS X!

  • @guyaneseDJ13 lolololololol

  • what a bunch of immature idiots

  • lmao they make some funny reviews!

  • I am glad I can watch these while they are on break.

  • Jesus Christ, you could buy 2 high powered pc gaming machines for the price of one of these shit-stains that can barley run microsoft word.

  • @SebastionSays thats cause its for microsoft you dumb ass windows loving nigger

  • 2300$ for this is why Steve Jobs is in Richman's-Heaven®..

  • 2300$! shit you can get a pc with twice the specs. for half the price. fuckin apple jeez

  • @420cackaroach Apple is forcing you to buy it? What?

  • @420cackaroach Exactly what I did, sold my macbook and built a pc :D

  • @420cackaroach Yup, twice the specs, plus better specs. Apple products are very well built, but at the same time they feel a bit cheap. Like built on purpose to last exactly a year.

  • @420cackaroach Can you post the machine with "twice the specs" for $1200 ? I'd love to know what it is.

  • @dversusd go on amazon and take a look

  • Error: 15.4 Inch Not 15.6, Lol.

  • im not an apple guy but how do you go from a razor thin back to bulky

  • @NACHOOMANN the pro came before the air.

  • @NACHOOMANN You're obviously not a spacial relations type guy either. Are you comparing a Macbook Air to a Macbook Pro? Is that your comment? For one, they didn't "go back" - MBPs have always been around. Bulky? yeah, less than 1inch is crazy bulky like those Dell bricks. Anyhow, I'll educate you on what makes them "bulky": Optical drive, SD card drive (or ExpressCard), more IO ports, video card, space for a non-SSD, a fan, probably a larger power supply and I'm sure some other things.

  • Jeez so much hate towards chris :-/

  • HARDWICK IS SO TACKY. ALWAYS TELLING UNFUNNY DICK JOKES LIKE A FUCKING 12 YEAR OLD

  • @Starkiller1036 CAPS LOCK IS SO FUCKING COOL AAHAAHAAAHAHA WHAT THE FUCK IS COOL ABOUT THIS ITS FUCKING ANNOYING LOL

  • @Starkiller1036 CALM DOWN IM LAUGHING WITH YOU DAMN WTF IS YOUR PROBLEM? JESUS CHRIST!

  • @UniversityofAlabama1 - SARCASM IS HARD TO TRANSLATE THRU TEXT. MY APOLOGIES.

  • @Starkiller1036 FINALLY, it's about time someone other than me exposes this stupid shit stain....I remembered that stupid prick from MTV when MTV used to play music videos. He and Blair whateverhislastname is weren't like this when they were both VJ's at MTV. All of a sudden when they go on this show, G4TV, they suddenly act silly as if they (Chris and Blair) had anything to do with the success of AOTS. They both try way too hard (Chris mostly) and it comes off tacky as hell

  • @MataleeFett - HARDWICK MAKES ME UNCOMFORTABLE. LIKE YOU CANT TRUST HIM ALONE WITH YOUR BABY SISTER. CREEPY FUCKER

  • Ahh the macbook, the hipsters choice of laptop

  • No Chris you suck it sir!

  • I used to own a Macbook... then I took a high powered custom built gaming PC to the knee.

  • @MyWonderApple care to be more specific?

  • @MyWonderApple Since when was a Macbook a gaming PC?

  • @GetPatriotized No no no, you misunderstand me... i used to have a macbook but then i built my own gaming pc. lol

  • @VideoSk8Rs34 why u mad bro?

  • @VideoSk8Rs34 well he made me laugh at 3:16 lol

  • Hy AOTS, can you guys review the Razer Onza Tournament Edition controller?

  • @TheVeefazz they mostly review the hardware.

  • @TheVeefazz I have it. It's pretty good, and the customization factor of the stick resistance is nice, and the two programmable buttons can be handy, but can be difficult to reach at times. Also the triggers are a little "funky" to deal with. There are also complaints of it not being the best of quality and breaking within a few months. For some reason, my friends in the party heard a strange buzzing noise when I shot, but not with the standard controller.

  • @StraitUpSuburbanite Yeah. I've had it since Spring and it is starting to malfunction. Thumbsticks and buttons, but it is so awesome. :)

  • 1st!
