@swm5678 - I do have SOME matches from the last few years uploaded, but the majority of my stuff is older. If you want more recent stuff, try "Billzeroism" or "H781N" or "Kapangmabula" - There's quite a few channels that have the recent newer stuff - I'm sorry I don't have more of that myself.

@bello0100 then you look at an earlier match, the Hair Vs Mask match from almost a decade prior to this between Jaguar Yokota & La Galactica where Galactica won due to involvement from Monster Ripper (Rhonda Singh/Bertha Faye), the post match was babyface sympathy for Yokota and heel heat for Galactica/Ripper in cutting Yokota's hair.

They take to building emotions involved in to wrestling matches to almost an art form in Japan! i think it's so much a part of the Japanese culture. it seems over the top to western audiences, at times. But I miss that rush of emotions that used to be more common in North American wrestling. it's like just getting lost in a good book or movie.

Yeah, it was a good match and there were some amazing sequences. BUT did anyone else think it went a bit overkill? I've thought that about other joshi matches too. Is it simply their style?

@TheAUKid - OMG, you hit it RIGHT on the mark. I'm not very familiar with Japanese matches, as I've only seen a handful, but this was just insanely overdone. I'm fine with a lot of big moves and false-finishes for the last 3-5 minutes of a 20 minute match, but this match was 20 minutes of big moves and false-finishes in a 20 minute match. And with SO little selling, it was unbelievable. I know people love this stuff, but I just REALLY don't get it.
