i lost my very best friend in november 2011.she was a guineapig named holly.holly past cause she got a cold and could not breath so she past in hear sleep.
Molly was beautiful! I lost my beloved guinea pig a year ago and I definitely thought I had put it behind me, but as I watched this video tears started running down my face. I felt this video was exactly what I should have done to honour my lost friend. She meant the world to me and helped me through hard times in my childhood. She was so smart and she owned the whole house and family with her adorable little being, always happy and loving... and hungry. Little one you are forever in my heart.
P.S. It's sad when your only bestfriends die. Because they listen to what you say, and you can have conversations with them. They're there when you need a hug aswell.
My guinea pig, Snowbell. The one that had a tumor. Before we put her down she had a tear in her eye. She must of known what was happening. It breaks my heart thinking about my girls. But I know they'll be in my heart forever <3.'

Maybe I should make a video of that and show how much they suffer just to become food. Death is a part of life and some animals don't live very long. Get a new guinea pig or better still get a whole family of them and then you'll never feel sorry over a loss ever again.
The worst part is that you use the death of your pet to gain fame on youtube or try to garner some sort of sympathy from people who don't know either you OR your pet. Millions of pet die every day shall we cry for them ALL??

That was so beautiful. But....to comfort you, she lived a long life. She was lucky to have a good mother. My own molly (I spell it Malii ) is six now, just turned six on Christmas, and I love her dearly. Her sister passed away on her birthday last year, and I'm thankful to still have Malii with me. I hope she stays for a while longer! We never want to say goodbye.
If ever I become a genecist, I'm going to find out a way to make guinea pigs live WAY longer than they do! They deserve it! <3 <3 <3

I'm a 56 year old man and I had to put down my last guinea pig. He stopped eating and after 2 weeks he was in so much pain I took him to a vet. When I found out what they did to put a piggie "to sleep" I agonized over it before deciding to let the vet take him. They are adorable creatures to young and old. A Gpig is much more of a friend than tropical fish yet no one thinks it is stupid for a grown up to keep fish. Well, I like our little furry friends.

Molly was loved and happy, I just adopted a guinea pig, she is 3 yrs old and homeless so I took her in, I never thought I could love a rodent but these creatures are so lovable, sweet and giving, I love her sooooo much even tho she will not let me pick her up or cuddle, I hope you got another one, you are a good owner and so many guineas need a home. A good home filled with love.

sorry to hear this...I do think that guinea pig owners need to check the teeth every month and trim them...i have had numerous people call me and tell me "help me ,,my guinea wont eat or drink"...then i get over there and the damn teeth are 1 1/2 long on the bottoms and so overgrown...alot of guinea pig 'owners' are stupid and don't check the teeth...so many cavies could be saved if onlt their teeth were trimmed to the proper size.to be the width of a AAA battery on top and bottom

i had a guinea pig that looked just like that. His name was Vinny and he passed away 2 months ago at the age of 5.you're lucky Molly lived that long cuz i really loved mine and i miss him alot

This video made me cry so much. I lost my guinea pig Sundae 6 moths ago on the 26th. It still hurts so much. People often question how you can be so close to such a small creature, they don't realize all the love these animals express for their owners. I'm so sorry, I can really tell you loved her. I'll never really get over losing my precious Sundae. They're both in that big celery patch in the sky, squeaking it up and waiting to see us again.
I agree...I lost my Seymour in January and I miss him so much. People just don't get it. I still have my guinea pig Jasper though, and he is like a little puppy. Such a sweet, smart, and loving creature.

how did she die? old age or sickness? It looks like a baby in some photos. I have 2 guniea pigs now, one i have still, and before i got the other one, i had a fat one and it got paraylized and we had to put it to sleep :( rest in peace
I'm a new to the guniea pig worship having always been a dog lover instead. Since having mine now only a few months I'm realising what a great opportunity and fun was missed all these years. Yes, and I dread the day that they will have to make the that final journey. Thanks for the video it brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye. While no one can ever replace your lost companion at least you should content yourself in the knowledge that they had an owner worthy of their love & care.

My little guinea pig of almost 7 years passed away a couple months ago and I still feel very very sad. I still reach for her favorite veggies at the store but then pull back and remember that she is not with me anymore.
One of our baby guinea pigs passed away just a few days ago. I got my mom a guinea pig for mothers day last year, turns out she was pregnant and had three babies, and mine (Cap'n) is the one that passed. I had one before that i got when i was 11 and had till i was almost 18.

This reminds me of my old guinea pig who I named Aristotle. He was just three weeks old when he was being sold as food for reptiles. i bought him and brought him back to my boarding school where he filled my life with light. But when I came back one day I discovered that somebody had murdered him. With his death a part of my soul was taken away from me. I don't know why anybody would do that.

he was only a babey .. i had him for 7 weeks .. he wasnt taking any vit c in .. his organs wernt working properly .. and they were shhutting down on him :'(
the vet put him to sleep .. i was heartbroken .. i still am .. all though we do have a new piggie called toffee .. looks similar to ur molly :(

i gave my piggie plenty of vit C .. the vet sed its just one of those things .. we was giving him oranges .. vit C in his water ... pets at home told us that the nuggest was the best food ... instead of the GP mix ... we done everything we could to save gizmo .... but it got too much .. he was bleeding from his bum and screaming in my arms , i couldnt bare to lose him :'(
my poor piggy died in february of 2006. I still miss Minsc so much. I know how you feel, there wasn't a single bad bone in them. Piggies adore their owners so much, it's downright heartbreaking when they finally go. You have my sympathy.
aw... you obviously loved your pig-pig - she looks so happy. i loved mine too. his name was Little and he lived 9 years. he died about a year ago. we still miss him very much...
I've had two guinea pigs (one at a time) and the last one died 17 years ago. But the memories of that day still hurts. But they both lived hapily and the many good memories also still stays with me.

Molly was loved and happy, I just adopted a guinea pig, she is 3 yrs old and homeless so I took her in, I never thought I could love a rodent but these creatures are so lovable, sweet and giving, I love her sooooo much even tho she will not let me pick her up or cuddle, I hope you got another one, you are a good owner and so many guineas need a home. A good home filled with love.

sorry to hear this...I do think that guinea pig owners need to check the teeth every month and trim them...i have had numerous people call me and tell me "help me ,,my guinea wont eat or drink"...then i get over there and the damn teeth are 1 1/2 long on the bottoms and so overgrown...alot of guinea pig 'owners' are stupid and don't check the teeth...so many cavies could be saved if onlt their teeth were trimmed to the proper size.to be the width of a AAA battery on top and bottom

I have had 4 piggies, they have 3 of them have died...I sobbed for like ever, I still sob, after reading all these comments I am so choked up because I know that when I lost my precious guinea's that it left a hole in my heart. I will never forget them and I buried all 3 in the same spot in out greenbelt next to our house. I visit them a lot and talk to them, and I know they are listening.

i had a guinea pig that looked just like that. His name was Vinny and he passed away 2 months ago at the age of 5.you're lucky Molly lived that long cuz i really loved mine and i miss him alot

It reminds me of my guinea pig josh. He was so happy to see me when I got home from anywhere and was so human friendly. He died the day of my play and I didn't think I could go on stage. :(

This video made me cry so much. I lost my guinea pig Sundae 6 moths ago on the 26th. It still hurts so much. People often question how you can be so close to such a small creature, they don't realize all the love these animals express for their owners. I'm so sorry, I can really tell you loved her. I'll never really get over losing my precious Sundae. They're both in that big celery patch in the sky, squeaking it up and waiting to see us again.

I agree...I lost my Seymour in January and I miss him so much. People just don't get it. I still have my guinea pig Jasper though, and he is like a little puppy. Such a sweet, smart, and loving creature.

how did she die? old age or sickness? It looks like a baby in some photos. I have 2 guniea pigs now, one i have still, and before i got the other one, i had a fat one and it got paraylized and we had to put it to sleep :( rest in peace

I'm a new to the guniea pig worship having always been a dog lover instead. Since having mine now only a few months I'm realising what a great opportunity and fun was missed all these years. Yes, and I dread the day that they will have to make the that final journey. Thanks for the video it brought a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye. While no one can ever replace your lost companion at least you should content yourself in the knowledge that they had an owner worthy of their love & care.

My little guinea pig of almost 7 years passed away a couple months ago and I still feel very very sad. I still reach for her favorite veggies at the store but then pull back and remember that she is not with me anymore.

One of our baby guinea pigs passed away just a few days ago. I got my mom a guinea pig for mothers day last year, turns out she was pregnant and had three babies, and mine (Cap'n) is the one that passed. I had one before that i got when i was 11 and had till i was almost 18.

This reminds me of my old guinea pig who I named Aristotle. He was just three weeks old when he was being sold as food for reptiles. i bought him and brought him back to my boarding school where he filled my life with light. But when I came back one day I discovered that somebody had murdered him. With his death a part of my soul was taken away from me. I don't know why anybody would do that.

i lost my guinea pig Gizmo just over 2 weeks ago ..
he was only a babey .. i had him for 7 weeks .. he wasnt taking any vit c in .. his organs wernt working properly .. and they were shhutting down on him :'(
the vet put him to sleep .. i was heartbroken .. i still am .. all though we do have a new piggie called toffee .. looks similar to ur molly :(

i gave my piggie plenty of vit C .. the vet sed its just one of those things .. we was giving him oranges .. vit C in his water ... pets at home told us that the nuggest was the best food ... instead of the GP mix ... we done everything we could to save gizmo .... but it got too much .. he was bleeding from his bum and screaming in my arms , i couldnt bare to lose him :'(

my poor piggy died in february of 2006. I still miss Minsc so much. I know how you feel, there wasn't a single bad bone in them. Piggies adore their owners so much, it's downright heartbreaking when they finally go. You have my sympathy.

R.I.P. Molly.
I've had two guinea pigs (one at a time) and the last one died 17 years ago. But the memories of that day still hurts. But they both lived hapily and the many good memories also still stays with me.
