With the piston ladder, before the point where the redstone track ends, put down a redstone inverter (so when you put the lever on it unpowers the piston) and after that another inverter so it powers the piston again. The redstone power will still flow and both sides should power and unpower at about the same time.

-A group really powerful demon/human or demon/elf hybrids that work in the shadows to raise these beings known as “The Signis”.

-“The Signis” are a group of 6 pure demons that were banished to the nether

You don't need repeaters to stop redstone decay, just place a block with a torch on one side. That gives the redstone circuit a fresh charge.
