I suggest that all of you fools that believe wearing fur makes you cool and sophisticated watch the official PETA video that shows how animals end up becoming these fur garments. It's very cruel and many of the animals are skined alive,electricuted, and even have their throats cut while they are still breathing.Before any of you say that this is ok because its an animal, think if you would like any of these things done to you are someone you care about.

@RioBaby2887 Oh, and another thing. PeTA not only acts racist by applying human morality to humans for no good reason, but is also hypocritical. They support spaying and nuetering pets, although that completely goes against their ideas of applying human morality to that of animals. I mean, if they think it's wrong to milk cows but not humans, WHY would they support the sexual restrictions normally practiced on household pets? And they're permanent operations, I might add.

And also, what's all this about pinning the blame on China involving fur hides coming from there? One, how long ago did this happen, and is it still happening?

Two, China is currently a socialistic country, it changed from communism to socialism in recent years, so animal cruelty in China may not even be the governments fault, because unlike communism, people can own private enterprises in socialistic countries. That means it would be the buisness owners' fault, not the Chinese government.

Also, blaming ALL of China for their fur trade is like blaming ALL of the U.S. for the KKK. Your arguement about that is flawed because of that.

Here's what I want to say about this: How do these anti-fur coat people know that using animal hides like this is wrong? I mean, you don't see the animals that get skinned like this going out of their way against this. How do they know that the animals themselves even care what happens to their hides, whether it's made into clothes or it decomposes? And also, not all fur hides comes from animal cruelty, some can come from hunting, or unexpected deaths of animals, or farming animals for fur.

And if you have prior knowledge on what you speak about, then why do you support PeTA, a group that provides unnessecary euthenasia on rescued pets. I understand you don't like the idea of skinning animals, but it happens, and it might not stop soon. And not all of it is done with animals alive by animal cruelty, but rather the animals are already slaughtered or euthenized.

I often find myself depressed when it comes to the next generation and their uncaring, apathetic attitude.
