By "guilt" I mean that you are made to feel you owe the jews s/th. The jews want to make you feel bad about "the holocaust". You are not supposed to ask too many good questions. You could ask s/th like, where did the Nazis come from, what was their ideology all about and how come people went along with their mad ideology ? Were the Germans nuts at the time ? Answer is: No. They were a lot smarter then than they are today. The world isn´t painted in black & white, it´s all a mix of shades.

I don't forgive Hitler, either. However, I feel that all the millions of people that followed and helped him are just as guilty as him. Maybe more. It still is unknown to me how this could of happened. This horribble thing. humans killing humans for no good reason. it just disturbs me and makes me wonder how those people lived with theirselves. Anne frank is a great role model. she inspires me. even when the world was being shaken by this war and people were looking to kill her and she knew- she still believed that people have a good heart. she seemed like a wonderful girl and its a shame she had to die the way she did.

I agree with this Tommy. Much more than I can ever express. I understand that most people think "Yeah, well, I wasn't responsible and I wasn't there. Who's to say my tragedy isn't big for ME?" and I think. Well..I guess that's true. But perhaps if people like that would understand, that it's not about "having an easy life" that is important, it's about being grateful for having any kind of life at all. Freedom should be embraced everyday, it's the least we can do the victims of war.

Nearly everything I hear or see about the Holocaust distresses my spirit. I say nearly because there were some good people making a difference at that time. But by & large, it is such an enormous tragedy, the scope is difficult to absorb. The man at :35 tears at my heart! I look in his eyes, see the little boy he once was & his brokenness. The others, the emaciated living corpses do the same, but there was something in that man's eyes...I don't know how the earth swallowed the horror of it all.
