Yes, you're right Lourens, we all need to familiarize ourselves with the site,

especially the FAQ section albeit we think it's tedious and boring only because

we don't want to invest the time. However, it will go a long way in our understanding

the program and save us the embarrassment of asking a question in an open forum

or webinar which we could've easily found the answer to had we took time to go through

the FAQ's
