@dwrussell96 I'm not making fun of "them". I'm Canadian, and no one is seeming to pick that up... what with all my easy access to Canadian packaging and all. And the way I talk about Canada like I live there.... It was supposed to a fun video to show fellow Canadians that we are silly, and to ask non-Canadians what they call them, to see if my theory was correct. But everyone is just thinking that I'm hating on Canadians.....

Yes, Canadians are definitely stupid because some of us call coloured pencils "pencil crayons". Without a doubt. That -instead of anything relevant- is what makes us stupid. Definitely. Yep yep. We're also stupid because we try to express sarcasm over the internet.

@mousie87 You have been mislead in some sort of way... This is offensive to be honest. That's not why we call those "Pencil Crayons" I personally do no know we call them that here in Canada. Aswell the fact that the reason we have french on our items is because french is the secondary language of Canada. I don't mean to be mean but this IS offensive.

@matthew1allison2 first of all, I'M Canadian. I'm not an American making fun of Canadians. And I don't REALLY think Canadians are stupid, I just put that as the title because I thought it was funny. And why DO we call them pencil crayons? The box doesn't say pencil crayons anywhere on it. I'm sorry I offended you, it was not my intention. I will ask an American what they call them. If they call them coloured pencils, I can't think of another explination as to why we call them pencil crayons

@matthew1allison2 of course it's misleading, but I thought it was funny to call it that becaue I'M canadian. it's like a girl posting a video called "girls are mean", or when someone tells a racist joke about thier own race. I thought that I was clear in the video that I am Canadian, but I guess not.

I really just thought that it was silly, & I thought people would see the video and think: "wierd. it's true, it says pencil crayons nowhere on the box. yet, we call them that. aren't we silly!"

I am french and call them crayons... and I'm pretty positive I never called them pencil crayons! lol probly more crayons de couleurs cuz I speak le francais, eh!

i also don't get how people think it says pencil crayons because it doesn't even say that, it says "pencils crayons" they are just imaginating that there is no S on the end of pencils

Every where in the states, it wasn't always like that though.. up until the early 90's everything was labeled in English only.. Then we had a illegal immigrant crises, for what ever reason, many of those immanent's refused to learn and speak English.. not long after that companies began printing Spanish in small words below bigger English words.. I think it's nice because it helps children learn a new language

Yep, in the States we call them Colored Pencils.. and the print on the packaging is in both English and Spanish
