  • Like cornrlshs said I've been using the USB port on the top for years 2 supply my colorado on the bike. (bought it from ebay) Problem is, it has rattled itself loose so badly that I can't even use it to upload waypoints on my laptop. I opened it but can't see how I can remove the usb hub without removing the circuit board...any ideas?

  • Look on the top of your Colorado, there is a USB port... It just needs a special usb power cable, so it not goes into "create GPX file" mode

    Costs about 5-10 USD...

Search for "Colorado 300 power cable on google!"

  • Is that a piece of Ritalin there? Ohh wait my bad..thats a male end.

  • FULL BATTERY POWER!!! AAAAIIIEEEEE!

  • Just put the Colorado in "Garmin Spanner Mode" and the unit gets it's power from the USB port or carplug with USB connector!

  • Hi, Brent,
