The vechile in this video is a 1999 to 2001 ford windstar and its dark blue, Those aluminum rims are rare for the vechile. There isnt that many around the area, I bet if I looked around that area for a blue windstar with those rims, You can match your picture. Is there a REWARD ill find him myself.
