The Quran says perform solat , and the Apostle show us how. Without him, how can we tell how to perform prayers, zakat, hajj, etc? He leads us and teaches us. As i believe Allah ask us to believe in Allah, believe in Rasul (2 of rukun Iman) and anybody who does not believe in Rasul (hence his hadeeth) is a bidaah.
the messenger of Allah said: "Indeed, I am leaving among you, that which if you hold fast to them, you shall not be misguided after me. One of then is greater than the other: (First is) The book of Allah is a rope extended from the sky to the earth, and (the second is) my family, the people of my house (ahlul bait), and they shall not split until they meet me at the hawd, so look at how you deal with them after me.
"I m leaving among you something which is very important and should be followed, you will not go astray if you get hold of it after I am gone, one part of it being more important than the other: Allah's Book, which is a rope stretched from Heaven to Earth, and my close relatives, who belong to my household. These two will not separate from one another till they come down to the reservoir, so consider how you act regarding them after my departure." (Tirmidhi, Sahih Muslim)
The enemies of islam always tried to keep muslims convinced to follow either the Kuran only or the Hadeeth only.
Once they were very successful to make muslims tied only to hadeeth leaving aside The Kur'an, then they propaganded that Kuran is original but Hadeeths are not, and by this they kept the muslims in darkness and they (we) will be like this until we follow the advice of Muhammed s.a.w.s. Mashaallah, subhanallah, i think i watched this recitation more than 50 times and every time when i am in internet i am listen to it. Allah u ekber! It´s one of the best recitations i´ve ever heard in my life. No music nor anythink else can give such a beautiful sound as a recitation from the quran. Thank you for posting this video. Showdiva, 20% of muslims are arabs, the rest are converts who accepted the faith. Iran when it was invaded by muslims, only a minority were convereted to islam. After about 500 years did the majority of persians embrace and accept islam. I am persian myself. But a muslim first. Read into Islamic History. Read and you wont say ignorant things.

Just a small correction:
-There were non-Arab Muslims even in the time of the Prophet (pbuh)
-Some Arabs are also converts, considering that the Arabian countries have had other religions as well
-The descendants of the Prophet (pbuh) can be found in different ethnicities, both Arab and non-Arab

I believe this is the gathering of all Islamic Nations, headed by Iran. The Qari is the best I have heard, and he seems to have all the leaders completely transfixed, an absolute pleasure to listen to.

I think it's in Iran and it's definitly not the Arab Leagues, becaues Arab Leagues are only held in Arab countries, at least that's what I think. However, it's in Iran, because of the Drud/Prayer that they send to the Prophet (SAW) at the end. Only Iranians read Drud like that and simultanously. These are my thoughts, though.
