There are too many Borgs for the Ori to kill them all...the Ori should'nt have destroyed the weapon on Dakara and they could have used it to blow the borgs.
Well if the Borg ever entered the Ori galaxy they'd probably spontaneously combust do to the ascended, all the priors really need to do is block their link to the collective with their staffs and then they can just one-shot kill cubes at will without worrying about them adapting.
The Ori possess the cosmic knowledge of the entire universe, both scientific and mystical in nature. The Borg on the other hand only possess the technology they have currently assimulated and are incapable of learning, only being able to assimulate to grow and expand (they wouldn't be able to make that final leap to Ascend)
The Ori grow stronger with every new follower they possess and are capable of giving these people, though this rarely happens...

Well they could assimulate the technology the Ori provide their followers, if they give their followers such advance weapons to begin with knowing how the Borg adapt technology for their own purposes rather than using the powers from being one of the Ascended and wiping them all out at once.
As far as having the Borg Ascend that would be impossible. The process of becoming one of the Ascended requires spiritual knowledge...
...not scientific knowledge and that is something the Borg lack because of their very nature. Spiritual knowledge is based around self-discovery, relinquishing one's fears and seeing a greater possible truth to the world (we can see this in an episode of Stargate Atlantis when an entire village Ascended at once).
The Borg can't do that, unless I'm misinterupting their form of collective consciousness
