Wrexham and Shropshire are now showing Virgin how to run a PROPER rail service listen to your customers and give them what they want not what you think they want. No wonder in a recent customer survey they polled 98% on customer satisfaction

and the trains are fantastic! They have a brilliant point about the engine not being under your feet, coaches are far better than DMU if you want a good ride!
