@yele009 I understand where you come from, and agree with you. My take on that is that we Rwandans are the one's who will change that. We have to be on top of every thing concerning our livelihood, otherwise you are going to get even more angrier. The same way we stopped genocide without foreign assistance, the same way we recovered when every one counted out, it's going to be first and formost we Rwandans.
