@jonatan007lbp It is possible but unlikely. You can see what silverfish look like yourself just by googleing "minecraft silverfish" and clicking "images." A picture of it has been released a while ago.

I say it is possibly a silverfish because the picture is very unclear but from what I can see, it looks like a skeleton.
