The purpose of life is to grow in Love and to merge into God who is Love, by whatever name you choose, but,there is only one religion,the religion of Love. For inner peace take 5 steps, 1, Truth, 2 ,practice truth ie:right living,put truth into practise. 3 , Peace,this will bring peace of mind, 4, Love,this will develop Love, 5 ,non violence,pure love developes non -violence.then you have inner peace.

There is nothing else to do except these 5 steps.

I love this guy. I have been using YouTube as a tool for spiritual progression for the past 9 months, and it seems each new speaker or video I find comes to me at the perfect step in my Spiritual process. I love hearing Sadhguru confirm all of my own conclusions, and also give me much much more to think about and to experience! I love you man you are making life a better ride for so many of us!

Some of Jerome's comments are downright stupid - he says to Cheryl 'you both are not married!!!'. That is all this guy with a small closed mind can think of! Also, I wonder if he will make fun of the appearance of a spiritual leader of his own faith (his beard comment)! The lady who interviews (Holley)knows where the line is - Jerome should learn from her - how to be a decent tv program host!

May be I am just over reacting, a nice program anyways.
