Put mods, Scripts, And other things onto the disk. Some may result in viruses to Mess with the disks data. You Can Buy GTAIV at Gamestop For PC. For only 20$.

Yeah, i played it on my imac today on a windows partition (Running windows on my mac), runs like shit, it's awful on my imac, I regret spending that £30, there are a few glitches on the game, the reason it runs so bad is because the graphics card in my imac is crap :(
