This is typical say anything to get elected campaign by Democrats I don't live in WV but I would put money on it of course he will be a rubber stamp for Obama when the health care repeal vote comes up Manchin will vote no he will be toast in 2012.

@GreyNation2008 It was **supposed** to keep unemployment at or below 8.5% so, no, it did not do what it was supposed to have done. All it did was hand money to Democratic special interests. A vote for any Democrat is a vote for the same old lying politics as usual.

LA got 70 million and used it to create 7 jobs. Waste, waste, waste. Just the other day, Øbama said there's no such thing as a shovel-ready project. Too bad he had already convinced us to put our grandchildren in debt to pay for something that didn't exist. Vote Dem and you're voting your descendants into debt.
