He was capable of conveying and evoking such feeling through the steel guitar , and teaches us that when to pick, when not to, string selection and octive use, volume levels at any given moment are crucial to get the emotion from the instrument. Then there's the thing he can't teach, his gift ,being Buddy Emmons..

This is my favourite buddy emmons melody . Of all the pedal steel players we describe as awesome Buddy is better than awesome. He has been at the top of the tree for about 50 years and there is still noone to quite touch him, the complete player. the two previous comments say it all ,BEAUTIFUL PERFECTION.
