Why would they even tie a cat toy to a fan, unless they had intended for this to happen. What they thought was funny and got laughs from thousands of people was stupid and cruel. Hopefully the authorities stepped in and removed the cat.

its not Real! just look at the part where the cat first gets caught on the pull string. the transition isn't the smoothest, but I can understand how it can fool many people into thinking its real. You can do amazing things with CGI these days lol
