  • Just exactly how colossally idiotic do you have to be to think that ear candling works?

Hey moron, did you pick up any alien signals with that tin foil?

Maybe you needed to put more of it on your head, you assclown.

  • What's my length right now, what are you looking at here? 8 inches ( Camera pans over to guy staring at his crotch)

  • very creepy video. everything about it.

  • im in that weird part of youtube again

  • That guy's voice!

  • If any of this people went missing . . . well their best life's work is right here to document their fantastic lives.

  • What is this a fucking ear wax removal party

  • why did i watch this?

  • Evan sold his wax to buy a sportcoat and slacks.

  • I am glad that he gets satisfaction out of this... But is commentary made this video so awesome! Hahaha It comforted ME!

  • @MsZhangx Becasuse the candles aren't made of wax, they're made of either linen, or cotten. There is a protective foil around the candle that protects the ear from heat and excess cloth.

  • Did somebody here had a chance to taste an ear wax? EWWWwww Thumbs up if you don't eat earwax.

  • This is a very safe way to clean your ears. I would advise you to have someone to help you though since you are using fire. Very comfortable too and you will be surprised how much gunk will come out of your ears.

  • is it weird that I want to see who the winner is ?

  • how does it work?

  • Hahaha Jim "looks like you blew ur nose out of your ear". lol!

  • This Guy is a 60's Stoner

  • Hydrogen peroxide, syringe, and warm water is all you need....

  • I do this myself with a mirror. No need for someone to help

  • @Kidbrauhl

probly not a lot of people will catch that, but nice. lol south park is the shit :P

  • white trash!

  • how about a $0.003 q-tip and about 20 seconds of your speare time? insetaed of a 15 minute bonfire on the side of your head

  • @likeomgutube Q tips don't work, in fact they could even push the wax deeper.

  • @XxLeyanxX1 thanks for that bit of knowledge DOCTOR

  • Afterward, they all compared BM's to settle the score

  • These people are freaking weird.

  • were do u buy those from?!

  • Ear candling actually works you idiots, I saw my friend do it. Often it's not that long but it does pull it out due to the lowering of pressure within the candle.

  • I can't believe that there are people stupid enough to actually believe this shit.

  • joseph smith was a prophet dum dum dum dum dum :L

  • Are these IDIOTS stupid enough to tell the world that they don't know that ear candling is a scam???

  • Candling is fake.

  • Fucking fake bullshit. No one has that much earwax.

  • @liarsclub75 Not fake, but it is stupid. You'd be surprised how much earwax can compact into peoples ears

  • they're using Dawson's Creek font.

  • I'm so high right now...take out the measuring tape bro

  • Earwax candling is not fake -.- I've done it myself, the little pebble weird looking things is not wax as so many have stated. It is component of the candle, but I've done it before and good lord it pulled a good gunk out of my ears.

  • khloe used this on her stepfather

  • eat them

  • Its been proven that the gunk inside the candle is just wax from the candle. Also, the candle itself does not provide enough suction to remove ear wax.

  • They don't work! Buy one , light it and hold it until it burns down without it in your ear. When your done, you will find that the cone is filled with something that looks like ear wax, but obviously can't be since it was never placed in your ear.. You will also see that something drips out the bottom that would be going into your ear if you actually did this. I would do this and see for yourself before you have to spend a week picking wax out of your ear lol...

  • There are the most 90's people in the world.

  • annoying :(

  • imma try that, but im not sticking it in my ear tho....

  • that cousin dude is annoying.. besides that... funny clip

  • i want to be your friend.

  • up until 3 min i didnt realize this was joke

  • I use a few drops of Earex and the ear wax is unplugged by itself. I then pull the wax by using a small ear spoon.

  • I heard this could damage your ears, and all the "toxins" collected is mostly just the candle wax itself.

  • doctors say: ear candling could b harmful....

  • im sorry but that guy with the goofy shirt (hawaiian) is reallllly cute!!

  • lol wow, what an odd group..

  • Nice party.

  • these guys are so funny especially brett and even lol

  • I am an audiologist. Don't do this. It is completely ineffective. They have done controlled studies where they burned one in an ear, and compared it to one burned in a glass model of an ear. They both looked the same. The previous comment about burning one without putting it in your ear is a good one if you need proof.

  • ok..so you invite people over for a party, bring out beer and wine, and then you suggest removing each other's ear wax ? ...how do you get women interested in this ? ...these people must be video gamers or anime collectors

  • I think the most disturbing part of this whole thing is in the first 12 seconds. You have a situation where multiple people are using the same piece of equipment (in this case, what appears to be a plate made from aluminium foil) for supposed medical purposes. Even if this wasn't total bull, there is no way that is sanitary.

  • Complete bullshit, try burning one not in your ear... read the wikipedia article on ear candling.

  • Complete bullshit, try burning one not in your ear...

  • this guy thinks he's funny lol

  • his voice sounds like one of the llamas from Llamas With Hats :P

  • its the wax from the candle burnning ya fuck heads

  • at least try acupuncture, not this fake shit.

  • How the fuck did I end up here..

  • @JonasLarsenErGud Lol, I just searched 'earwax candle'.

  • @JonasLarsenErGud HAHAHAHA i found myself asking the same question

  • when black people say "white bread" they are talking about these people

  • ...you can go to the doctors, they have special tools for removing ear wax

  • It shut off right when they were about to compare wangs.

  • one of those kool-aid cult

  • FAKE! That "earwax" shows up even by burning it when it isnt inserted into someones ear. Noobs.

  • Bvgpsupt I'm pretty sure these guys aren't in college.

  • he has the most annoying voice ever

  • NEVER DOES THIS!!!!! IT'S VERY DANGEROUS

  • @xlucioflavio not really I'm 14 and Iv'e used Ear candles for awhile now. and They help your hearing, Expecally if you have an ear infection. :P

  • ear wax joints :D

  • You crazy college kids sure know how to partay.

  • Are these psychos seriously playing with each others earwax?

  • what we learned here today kids is that when you come up with a idea make sure your not drunk!

  • WHAT THE FUCK !!! lol

  • so.. wtf?

  • Pure bullshit. Try going to a DOCTOR! And NOT a witchdoctor, either!

  • Why do men always have to turn things into a competition??

  • Nahhh.. u guys are in some kind of cult

  • This is actually a medical method of removing ear wax but it's expensive

  • @sWaG2DATOP95

No, actually its not. The candles have been repeatedly demonstrated not to produce a vacuum or suction of any sort. There is zero mechanism for these candles to remove any earwax whatsoever. This is nothing but placebo and quackery. Go buy yourself some Q-tips. In the meantime, I have some snake oil you might want to try...

  • @entyrion Q tips push wax farther and can cause worse buildup.

  • @juliefisher4000 Maybe, maybe not, depending on the amount and the nature of the buildup you're trying to remove. I haven't had any catastrophic hearing loss in my 23-year experience with Q-tips as a means to remove daily buildup. If there is some really serious gunk you want to remove, there are more involved methods like gently flushing the ear with warm water or things like that. However, I can guarantee you that ear candling does absolutely nothing whatsoever.

  • @entyrion Oh I know that candling is retarded but even minuscule amounts of ear wax can be pushed back into the ear.

  • i would LAUGH if someone snuck up behind him and slapped the cone down in his ear...

  • @madarauchiha1218 lol god dam

  • warm bath, add olive oil[slightly warm] to ear, turn on side, let it drain, clean without pushing _anything_ into ear, clean ears, done. - works for me.

    YMMV !

candles...I almost fell for this too . I lmao at me >.

  • this made me puke in my mouth a little

  • deep south hillbillies git er done

  • I needed someone to host a show, I would totally choose that guy.

  • I hope these guys are drunk, and not the biggest pussies on the planet

  • Do you guys wear magnet bracelets too?

  • can i join your ear cult ?

  • Like the man said "You cant explain it until you experience it (4:44)"

And if y'all want a real experience I recommend you try sticking that cone up your ass! You wont believe what comes out after 15 minutes of hard core rectum- candling!

  • these people appear to be mormon

  • There is no need to cut off the embers.

  • I did this method just the other day after it being suggested to me because I had hard wax that I couldnt get out....this brought it all out..and my ear is clean now..so it may not work for everyone but I can honestly say this worked for me..I can hear 100% better and my ears feel better now.

  • this sure seems like a cool party haha...hey lets play a game where we compare ear wax haha

  • whats up with all the people laughing in the background

  • Candles do not work.

  • I would really like to do this, but I don't know where to get these. Can you or anyone on here please tell me where I can purchase these? Thanks!

  • If you have not seen this yet, it will answer all your questions if this is a hoax or not - youtube.com/watch?v=80uY0tXvnS4&feature=related

  • dude tell that guy in the suit to stfu and get a life, jesus christ, tell him to watch some football or somethin, be a real man, go to iraq!!

  • ear candles do not work and are very dangerous! when i used them the burning wax/wick ashes fell into my ear and burned my ear drum! I couldn't hear right for weeks. Do not use these they are a scam and they can permanently damage your hearing.

  • try to lick it .. lol..

  • It does not take "several studies" to buy an extra candle (you know your intriged to get all that earwax out; all 14 gallons). Burn it not inserted in an ear and you will find the same little piles of wax as if you had it inserted in your ear. The inside of the hollow, wax tube (it is not a solid candle with a wick) is lightly coated with wax dust that slowly accumulates at the bottom as it burns. I bought an extra candle and observed this; the ear canal can not accomodate that much matter.

  • It's actually not ear wax at all. It's wax from the candle. You guys have been sucked in by a scam!!! I am an audiologist. Send me a message if you want to discuss it further.

  • ummm ever heard of a qui tip

  • @amandavanwhore123 ummm ever heard of deafening yourself by using one?

  • How does that even work? that doesn't even make sense...

  • Dnt u guys clean your ears!! far out!

  • ewww...i just threw up on my comp....THANKS YOUTUBE! -_-

  • I want to try this, I've always had complications w/ my ears growing up from swimmers ear to regular ear infections. Dug the video, helpful but at least 5-6 mins if not longer was pointless. "/

  • A few months ago my left ear was plugged up pretty bad for several days and it was a very annoying experience, So I decided to try this and bought a pack of beeswax ear candles from a local health store, it was only $4 so figured what the heck? All I can say is this WORKED for me, in fact it worked so well I could hear even better out of my previously plugged left ear than the right ear after burning the candle, also my left ear still remains unplugged 3 months later. Consider me a believer.

  • @73mathesar and all I can say as your very bad at persuading people

  • @animelubbor432 Care to explain?

  • @73mathesar well, it's typical, it screams telemarketer, and it generally doesn't really convince people about a product. I'm not saying you didn't try, i'm just saying it didn't work.

  • @animelubbor432 Ahh I see, well I wasnt trying to sell anything I was just trying to explain my experiance with using the candles in the limited amount of text youtube allows per comment.

  • "Ear candling, also called ear coning or thermal-auricular therapy, is an alternative medicine practice claimed to improve general health and well-being by lighting one end of a hollow candle and placing the other end in the ear canal. According to medical researchers, it is both dangerous and ineffective.[2] Claims that the practice removes earwax are highly controversial." ~wikipedia

  • idiots.. removing too much ear wax is dangerous

  • @tubofbologna why would it be dangerous? plus your ears builds them up again after a day anyway.

  • @tubofbologna For some people we produce more ear wax than the average person. I'm one of those people. I flushed my ear 3 weeks ago as a result of not being able to hear, which resulted in a huge chunk of wax falling out. I then went to the doctor yesterday and he said there was still too much wax, so I came back home and flushed it again to result in another large chunk. So some of us could use this ear wax candle. It gets more out than flushing alone.

  • One time I had my penis candled...it was an amazing sensation! Cleaned me right out!

  • @JungleKru lmmfao!! nice

  • @JungleKru LMAO...

  • could have done with out the suit dude...RETARD

  • Noticeable improvement in removing ear wax after candling, unlike all you faggot that just spout random bullshit saying it's all fake and disproven with no evidence to back that up. And it works better than having someone use the tool to remove ear wax, since that one you have to pry around and try to hook the ear wax onto the loop. I'll continue to candle, and all you faggots can continue to spout your "it's bullshit" and not listen to anyone else, because of all the damn wax in your ears.

  • And who knows what the fuck it pulls out. All I know is I can hear better and there is less shit in my ear, and there is less of that yellow crusty shit in my ear that you can hear scratching around if you poke around in there with a Q-tip or that ear wax tool. But go on talking shit about something you absolutely know nothing about.

  • I read almost all the comments, and i still dont know what to think!! someone told me they did it and found little hairs in the wax?? explain that.... i just gunna do it fuck it.

  • @fretkills See wikipedia, and ask any real doctor and you'll find better quality answers than from half the idiots on youtube. Read up on the theory of how it's supposed to work (it's supposed to create negative pressure to pull the wax out of the eat and the heat is supposed to melt it to an extent to make it more mobile). It's like homeopathy, just remember that "alternative medicine" that actually works is called "medicine".

  • i had to do that before but i never let my parents put it in my ear until like 30 min. and im 13!

  • @littlesingingchick soooooo whats your point?

  • When you burn the candle, not in the ear but in the cone... it produces no residue, no wax that looks like ear wax, no junk in it. When you put it in your ear correctly it pulls out wax that looks exactly like ear wax and has junk in it.

It's like the hoax people forgot how to do actual testing.

  • lol cokeheads at a party trying to get it out

  • No.

    That's ALL residue.

    0:06

  • I'll stick to ear drops and olive oil because you know, they work.

  • he sounds like brian from family guy

  • Who ever doesn't think it doesn't work, your THE MORON

  • was this video taken in like 1997 or something? i'm sensing major throwback with the hair and the dustin diamond type guy doing this....

  • Thts gross but interesting...and why is she cutting the top of it??

And i wanna try it..i wanna know what it feels like...

  • Dude getting his ear candled is such a blow-hard. Ugh, broadcasting major much? Who wears hibiscus flowers past 1997? Okay that was cruel, but really this is just silly.

  • This is like a bunch of collage students and some high as fuck professor dude are having some kind of ear wax party... did you see how many candles they had put out in that water? Holy crap I'm starting to believe that this stuck sucked their brain cells out

  • @bronxrunner9 "collage"??? looks like you never made it out of hi skool...retard

  • @eatmytool1 Yeah the highest education I got was my High School Diploma. So yeah your right about that one part. But retard really...? I'd rather be a retard than a youtube troll fuck face like yourself.

  • @bronxrunner9 LMAO!! i'd rather be called a "troll" by some retard on youtube, than bang on the keyboard and show my ignorance to everyone all by myself!! Go read a book...

  • anyone intelligent enough should know that ear candles DONT work

  • So was this like, an ear wax candling party?

  • Um I did it and it is most definitely not fake it cleared my head of gunk.

  • those ear wax candles are fraud. They don't remove any earwax at all, the "wax" u see if from the candle and the wick itself not from your ear. Put one in a bottle and light it and u will get the same residue that looks like ear wax.

The suction needed to remove the sticky earwax from your ear would need to be so strong that it would rupture your eardrum. Do some research this is a fraud science and not to mention dangereous to your ear drum if wax drips down into your ear.

  • Ear candling is fake. Google it, "ear candling does not work" . Read the truth yourself

Why are these people going on YouTube to show the world that they're IDIOTS?!!! lol

  • Ear candles DO NOT WORK!!!!!! The wax from the candle collects at the end and it does not remove wax from the ear.

  • It's funny how people bitch about something they've never tried before. Seriously, if you want to know if it's really ear wax (and this will sound gross)-- taste it. When I was a kid I tasted mine cuz I wondered why my cat Simba kept licking my used Q-tips. If you open the candle when you're done, check it out. And the candles are not made from wax, they're hollow and made from some sort of fiber. And they're not expensive. I thought it was stupid and creepy at first too, but I like it now...

  • syringe without the needle, filled with warm water put it in your ear (with the ear ponting downwards) push a strong jet of water and off the wax, my doctor did that for tha first time and then told me to do it everyonce 3 or 4 months

  • @tealosophy Is that kind of like the syringe you use to clean out the holes in your mouth after you get wisdom teeth removed?

  • @musicAL722

just a normal syringe to give injections, the one you can get in any pharmacy

  • The guy was evidently being sarcastic about it being one of the biggest highs he's ever been on...I'd still wanna try this even if they say it's fake.

  • @atasteformusic Ive done i and i heard a lot better afterwards so it has to work.

  • I'm an Audiologist. What you see come out is NOT EAR WAX! It is the wax from the candle. It is a SCAM. It is actually very DANGEROUS. It can actually cause MORE EAR WAX and can cause HORRIFIC BURNS. Please guys, do not do it.

  • Yes, rap2rs. I have tried it. My mother-in-law believes in this kind of crap. I let her candle my ear and she proudly cut open the little piece to show me all the stuff she removed from my ear. Then we burned another one in a clean glass and it had more junk in it than the one she put in my ear. Ear candleing is bullshit, it's always been bullshit, it always will be bullshit.

  • This was debunked years ago. Do people still believe this bullshit? Really?

  • What? Last time I checked this work, I've discussed it with my doctor, he told me exactly how to do this, don't know what the fuck your talking about.

  • @malberts1954 did you ever tried wax removal by candle??

  • He has a radio station voice.

  • he does!!

  • SSSSOOOO BORING!!!!TOO MUCH YAPPY YAPPING....and the guy with the glasses irritates me....
