Do you know why the Mayan calender has just 10 months? Because they based this on their hands. It has nothing to do with a special kind of intelligence, or reading the stars. Sure they used stars, as all other cultures did. But the whole calender idea is based on their 10 fingers. No maybe this is strange but I do not believe that the whole universe is based on a simple logic like that.

That would be the Tzolkin calender. But actually, most likely our 1-10 numerical count system is also based on this. 20, also a sacred number, is based on hands+feet. No offense at all, because you say alot of things that make sense to me. But I just cannot believe there is a possibilty to calculate an 'end-times' prophecy, simply based on the given fact of having 10 fingers and 10 toes. I'd rather investigate Pi, or Fibonacci.

I'm not wishing my life away. But I'm looking forward to 2013.
At that point, all these various prophecies will be shown to be totally invalid.
Same as all the previous prophesies which had dates attached to them.
Blind belief doesn't have a lot going for it.
