I think the English version and Spanish version are both good just different meanings. Like this: "Que pasa contigo?" -What about you? In the English he just says "What's the matter with me?" Another is the very first line: Dejalo si quieres continuar (hermano)- "Leave it if you want to continue" English version says "Give up if you want to survive."
