The government has not listed chemtrails as an exotic weapon. They were mentioned in a draft from Kuchinich as a potential "space weapon" that might be used in the future, along with "mind control" weapons. The language was removed because it was stupid.
Had they only removed chemtrails, would have had more credibility. they removed every exotic weapon and made the revised version vague enough to include anything. You better read up.
