I never thought of that! xD When I played, I would just throw a carcass and when it started eating it, I jumped in the water, lifted up the gate as FAST as I could, then when I felt it was too close, I jumped back up on the chest (almost died twice, did die the first time xD) and repeated until I got it just high enough to where I could run in o3o

its annoying that they've made that bad mistake in amnesia, that you can just listen to the music to see if the monster is there.. there's 1 music for chasing, 1 if the monster is somewhere near (after you've seen it), and many more calm musics (which means no one's there)
