I cant imagine a hell worse than those concentration camps. I have seen several of those documentary about holocaust and it has been with tears in my eyes every time.
couldn't they just say mom we have to go idk how we will escape but we have to go and just leave in the night could they have done that early in the war you see his father got out can somebody tell me is there people then that did that knowing what was going to happen and left all there stuff at night and fled did they do that
@1234cwelch Some people did say that. And during Kristallnacht (the wave of anti-Jewish pogroms that took place Nov. 9-10, 1938 throughout Germany), many Jewish men went into hiding to escape arrest. However, in order to escape and/or hide, they needed some place to go. For most, there was no place available and/or safe where they could go. See our Holocaust Encyclopedia on ushmm[dot]org & search for "Refugees," "Escape from German-occupied Europe," and "Kindertransport."
Bob Behr was my Dad's best friend; they met in the service, both in the FTD of the Air Force. I have proudly called him my uncle all of my life. His contributions to keeping the Holocaust alive will never be tallied, for they will always live on. This is but a tiny snapshot of all he and those around him experienced. That he contiues to share these in unflinching detail is a great gift. ...love you Uncle Bob...Anya
In the 8th grade, my social studies teacher didn't say any thing to me, until class was over why I gave "the finger" to Adolph Hitler while we were watching a segment on a film on how the Nazis took over Germany. She later asked me why I did it. Told her, "He is an insane Mass Murderer!" She just smiled and let me off with just a warning. Three days later, she introduced me to her grandmother, who's parents died in the gas chamber!
There aren't many jewish people where I'm from but people still work hard there. Are you saying only Jewish people work hard? Sounds like some type of racism to me.
But why so much hate against the Jews, why. I cannot really understand this. They have done something to the German people??? Something very bad?Maybe now Mr Obama will explain us all what really happened.

If you go to East-Germany nowadays you'll see that this hate hasn't change at all...
Why all this hate?
Envy of the Jewish success worldwide due to their hard work. This is something they can not understand.

It will not end until the end.
