I say, let him have fun and feel the music as he wishes whilst providing the somewhat obligatory display of magnified enthusiasm for an arena sized audience. These guys are a rock band. It is a time honored tradition/expectation for the genre.
To help close some arguements Pridgen, Elitch and Theodore all are gods in their own way. Yet their styles are similar, hence why TMV had chosen them to fill when the other was dismissed. All I know is I wish I could play as good as either of them because they are all in their own universe when it comes to drums. No doubt about that.

It us just a common setup, alot of drummers have this setup too, and plus there are some key differences in these two also, like pridgen has three floors, and his cymbals are ridiculously bigger, but both are great drummers :D

They're just paid musicians and if the band decides not to pay them, the drummers leave and then they get another tool like this fella. There is not a damn thing wrong with this guy's drumming, he's on time the whole time, serving his purpose and role, I wish I could play with him anytime, his style is just how he gets down, don't be jealous that he can let go, and not give a care about outer appearances. Peace.
