Thanks, from your video I now know the name and I can order it on my next trip to Thailand. I enjoy your tips as some of the food I've seen in Thailand but can't remember the name. So I am always ordering the same things, the ones I can remember how to pronounce. With your tips I now have more meals to try during my vacations. Thanks.

When my husband first got here in Thailand, beside Tom Yum Goong, he always ordered Phad Kaprao Moo which is Basil and Pork stir-fry. He doesn't like it that much but just don't know what else to order and being too scared to just point anything in a Thai language menu.

My new friends from France also didn't know what else to order during their vacation in Thailand, most of the time they order Khao Phad (Fried Rice).
