And I was a Michael fanatic first, but a Prince fanatic longer and stronger. Michael kinda lost me with the Bad album cover lol.

Thanks for sharing that; I wondered, lol. I thought he was soooo handsome on that Off the Wall cover, & I wasn't even mad @ the Thriller nose job. But it was all downhill after that lol.

I was 9 years old when Off the Wall came out, I would spend hours listening to the album and gazing with the cover with googly eyes...lol I thought he was soooo handsome! At the time anyway lol. And I would pour over the liner notes and song lyrics. I remember them being blue with a black background lol.

I grew rooting for the Prince camp as well. With all the HARD partying Prince used to do, I don't anybody would have thought he would out-live MJ.

In spite of my leaning toward Prince though I was still sad for Mike. I just wish he could have had a NORMAL moment in life that would have made him seem like less of freak before he died.

Hey girl i'm 22 as well and i was introduced to Michael @ a young age. He influenced every generation no doubt and i feel like i still got the good Michael when i was little. Another thing..... When i found out the news i was @ wrk with all white ppl and they were laughing bringing up the BAD facts about him it was outrageous. He will be missed :( LOVE MJ

HIs music and art makes you want to go back in time even if you weren't born yet! Only a few people can do that. The man did the thing for 40 years! I don't see another entertainer that will make such an impact. like he did.
