try making them pause by taking multiple fames of them same movment to give it more realistic timing, and try making bigger and smaller movements, the bigger the movement is, the fast the object will go, and the smaller, the smoother moving it looks at slower it goes. like when the red guy took off, try going, small movement, small, and then bigger and bigger as he goes out of the frame.
