@5botball there is 5. mostly the ones that make the pasta from scratch, pull it, paste it etc. they're very rare, but none the less there are "master" pasta chefs

What sad is his Cambodia trip was not as comfortable as it was in Japan. Perhaps you need a better tour guide and better food place. Beside Japan are much wealthier.
