That was not a a travel. He took one step and then both of his feet landed on the ground before he launched for the shot. He is allowed to plant both feet and then he can pivot from that spot on one foot and either pass or shoot. In other words, jumping for a shot is not considered a step, provided you actually shoot and don't come back down with the ball.
