The American people are perfectly capable of deciding what they want to buy, and what they don't. In the real world, the market decides who "makes it" and who doesn't.

Iceland has been bankrupted by a similar process & their people are being assaulted by world banks & the IMF for refusing to accept the fraudulent debt
