  • So, I cook the bread stuffing, put the chicken on top in a glass pan and cook on 350ºF You didn't mention how to cook this. I have two chicken breast, the vid was very informative.

  • Silly question, but I suppose you cut the string when you serve it to guests? When you do cut the string does it get messy or is there a technique?

  • @stephcitrino30 Not a silly question at all. I cut the string with a knife or kitchen scissors before serving. The stuffing usually stays neatly tucked inside once the string is gone. If you've used stuffing ingredients that hold together (eg breadcrumbs, dried fruits) you can slice the chicken breasts in half or in slices for serving. This is always a great presentation.

  • Imma stuff mine with cheese and wrap it in bacon, mmmm...

  • Good video. Preparing dinner as we speak.

  • Could you write a list of the ingredients needed? thanks!

  • @abongnelah Hi. For the bread stuffing, I just use a box of stuffing mix (eg Stove Top Stuffing) prepared according to the box instructions. Sometimes I'll add a couple of tablespoons of chopped celery and onion to the mix, sometimes a bit of chopped apple or dried cranberries. One box of Stove Top Stuffing is enough for 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. For the herb cream cheese stuffed chicken breasts, I buy about an ounce of herb cream cheese for each chicken breast.

  • @manitobachicken Wow thanks i did not expect to get a reply that was really helpfull thanks
