  • Love the use of 20-second slides. Also, thanks for the "fly on the wall" and "side by side" analogies for Twitter. Perhaps Twitter is a fly character. Hmmm... Also, the "What are you doing right now?" question is great. Thanks Ed!

  • It works great for group IM - but if people are following you and they are not part of the group - they will get annoyed

  • Great tips! There was one point I don't totally agree on. And that's using it as an IM and having people follow conversations they are not a part of. I have not only built my list of who I follow and who follow me, but I've also gained new clients because of it. It has been worth it to me to use as a group IM. Have a great week! ~ Shannon
