The rest of the video is irrelevant when he's pulling himself up with things that would never ever be there in that situation. It's like giving advice on how to survive falling over a rock edge and prefacing the whole thing with climbing up a rope ladder that happens to be 10inches from where he fell.

@karimani01 Yes, stopping the body from shutting down is really going to be productive when you're stuck in ice water. I'd imagine that relaxed state is going to be greatly helped when you try to pull yourself out and find it's nowhere near as straight forward as this dipshit is making out.
