  • hahahahahhahahaha OLE!!!!! so smart!!!

  • wow how many strawberries were sacrificed for this cake haha. The kid is so cute ; i love when she trys to take the cup of ingredients and her mom just denies it haha.

  • @quixotic115 I thought I was the only one who noticed that little moment. Thanks for making a comment and I think it is funny that it invoked Matt Damon voice for you. lol....

  • the narrator sounds like matt damon lol

  • @quixotic115 wish he got paid what matt damon was paid...

  • This makes me hungry -.- grrr

  • 3:57 LOL! That cake look good!

  • your kid is so cute! like mom like daughter. she's so adorable wanting to bake and decorate! thank u for the recipe.it is amazing

  • @akeille1 Glad you liked the video and the recipe. It is soon strawberry season so I hope you get the chance to make it with some real ripe local berries.

  • I'm norwegian! :D

  • ok.thanks for the advice... :)

  • wat do u do after your done with the cake?do you let the cake rest in the freg?if so,for how long?

  • @8ball1222 You can put the cake in the fridge, but you need to serve it that day. This is a very fresh cake that doesn't last very long. I find the leftovers can last another day in the fridge but it is pretty tired after that. I don't find that you have much leftovers.

  • Hi SkyeKEY,

Yes, just plain all-propose flour. Please feel free to drop us a line or a video response on how it worked out.

Good luck in your class :-)

  • is it just plain flour?

i am going to make this for my food tech GCSE! thank you!^^

  • thats alot of sugar

  • are you using swedish vanilla sugar? Because it says Vaniljsocker on the can.

  • @Nawwii Both the hands and the sugar are Norsk :-)

  • ok u dont need a cup and a half of suger.....half of cup is more reasonable

  • @SuJuFan110022 There can be many reasons the whipped cream doesn't whip. The chef in the family found that using organic whipping cream does a far better job than non-organic varieties. (there are additives in Non-organic cream) If the cream is a bit off and chilling your bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 mins is helpful as well.

  • I loved the way the cake looked in the end. The way everything was shown seemed to be very easy n i am going to try this one myself....!

  • Did you use coolwhip or cake icing.

  • @funsparkle26 We use only good old fashion wiping cream :-)

  • your daughter is like in candy land lol

  • seeing ur kid licking the spatula spoons etc is kinda disturbing and annoying lol

  • I think one of my fondest childhood memories is baking with my grandmother and getting to lick the beaters and spatulas. She never worried about me getting salmonella or contaminating my family with my kid germs. But your kitchen hygiene concerns are valid albeit not very fun. I think any kid friendly chef would have multiple spatulas and spoons on hand for just such an occasion, and teach your child the importance of washing hands etc. Guess all of those lessons got lost in the edit :-)

  • i tried this but my batter was yellow, not white. How did you get it to be color white ?

  • The batter is a bit yellow, it just doesn't show well in the video. Guess the amount of yellow would depend on the color of your egg yolks.

  • Thanks... the cake turned out delicious! love the recipe

  • your daughter is really cute!

  • mmm this looks delicious! :-)

  • Killer Vid Man!
