The laugh... just doesn't quite sound right. Sounds like it's, and I'm not a voice actor or anyone who knows voice work but let me give this a shot, too low in the throat in some points. Like the last laugh, it's got this weird lower point at the end that sounds more like some one trying to make a funny voice, than a joker voice. Other than that my inexperienced ears can't detect any flaws. Good show.

The Circus style of it fits the theme of the Joker, thats why he seems to use it. Its an effective choice, I admire this guy for mimicing Mark, Im trying myself currently.
