Make your own fucking animation, then it's a fair use parody, ripping the video from the DVD and uploading it to youtube with or without the origonal sound is illegal.

There's already sites made exclusively for abridged series. The Abridged Underground and The Abridged Community are such examples.

But really, just don't put the anime's tags in the video or file name, encode the video right, and put a good description in, and you'll be good. No need to pull all this "New site FTW" BS.
