Recovering from a traumatic C Section, just started KB and Z Health training with Jen Waak, Seattle. I have an almost 4yo daughter who weighs 37 pound. By Christmas 2009, I'd love to be able to do the Turkish Get Up with her as a weight. LOL When I can, I'll post it on YouTube. Thanks for the inspiration.
