I was wondering with daily exercise of resistance training and interval training for about 5-6 hours…is it possible to lose a lot of weight fast? What‘s your advice for fast weight loss.
@sweetkisses4uonly I don't encourage fast and rapid weight loss. Combine the right amount of resistance and cardio training, eat right and you will lose weight. I recommend no more than 2lb/wk, otherwise your losing muscle and this will work against you and slow down your metabolism!
