Well, there are different ways to pray witr; it depends on fiq (school of thought). It doesn't really matter, just follow your school of thought, the Hanafi one is 3 rakaats and in the third rakaat you say the dua-e-qunoot.

According to me there is no sin. I just wanted you to be aware of it. There are people who say anything not in sunnah is bid'ah.

There isn't just one opinion to everything.

By the way, have you found any Hadith that mentions praying Witr in Jama'ah?

I don't go to sufi graves and I don't dance, nor did I claim that it is in the sunnah. Did you see me go to a Sufi grave or dance?

In Islam you need to bring witnesses to prove your allegation otherwise it is a major sin.

..teh shafi way is like sheikh jaber performed, main differneces are hanafi way doesn't sperate the two and single rakats by a salam, and dua qunut comes before ruku not after.. -rest is basically the same

the hanafi way is simply 2 rakats followed by one tashadud half way, then stand, recite fatiha followed by one other surat, then raise your arms and recite 'allah ho akbar' then fasten your arms again and recite dua qunut- there seems to be two versions. either ones seem to be fine as long as they are to do with forgiveness... after dua qunut is complete go into ruko and then complete salah as normal..

hanafi way is that you dont say salam after the secend rakah, you pray it just like maghrib prayer..the only difference is that you say the dua al qunuut before the ruku3u

shafi3i way is that you say salam between the second and third rakat and say the dua qunuut after the ruku3u

This is the way mentioned by Holy Prophet (pbuh). He said, "Do not make your witr prayer like Mahgrib prayer".

Well they don't follow Imam Shafi, so it is the Hanabli way aswell as the Shafi way, and what does it matter all the opinions are based on hadiths and sunnah. Only Shiites would make a deal about it.

According to many Sahih Ahadeeth in Sahih Al Bukhari and other books of Sihah e Sitta, the Salat-e-Witr is divided into Two Rakahs together and then Only One Rakah Seperately. After the Rukooh of this one individual raka'h, the Qunoot is recited as a Dua with hands in the form of asking/Dua.

This is the most authentic form of Witr according to many Sahih Ahadith.
