  • quality addition to any kettlebell routine - started doing these a couple days after deadlifting/back sessions, gives a monster burn. As always, a top quality exercise from TFW.

  • wow that's a good circuit...i tried it...chalenging...i had to stop between sets...i just got to get use to it...my goal is to do it for 2 mins straight w/o stopping. good stuff on this channell.
